All products showing an ADD TO BASKET button on our website are available for sale online for delivery to Australian addresses only.

For products which are marked AVAILABLE IN STORE, and/or delivery to addresses outside of Australia, please contact us with your questions by clicking on ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT.

In case the item you have purchased happens not to be in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options. For one-off vintage items, we will give you the opportunity to cancel your order and give you a refund. If the item can be ordered, we will give you an approximate leading time if possible. If the leading time is not convenient for you, we will happily offer a refund.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing.


All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

All online store payments are processed via Paypal using either your PayPal account, your credit or debit card.

Shipping costs

SHIPPING to Australia-wide destinations is FREE for all orders of $150 and over.

For orders of $149 or less, shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Please note that the above shipping costs do not apply to furniture and other items not available via our online store.


We use Australia Post with a tracking number which we will forward to you so you can track the journey of your order.  The parcel will not be left at the premises if no one is present at the time of delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal upon purchase. Standard delivery is between 2-7 days depending on your location.

Please ensure that the delivery address you nominate is correct. Where the address has been incorrectly provided and the item is returned, twenty21 reserves the right to charge for any additional postage costs incurred in resending the item.

Please note that whilst twenty21 take outmost care with packaging and posting, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit by Australia Post. Please allow ten working days before contacting us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

twenty21 will refund an item if it is faulty or differ from the product description.

twenty21 will exchange items provided they are unused and with all labels and packaging intact.

Whether you want to exchange or want a refund you must contact twenty21 within 7 days of receipt and explain the issue. Contact can be made on [email protected]

Please wait for our reply and instructions prior to returning the product.

We will send new items free of charge but all costs related to returning the product to twenty21 will be paid by the customer. Please note we are unable to refund the delivery cost incurred when you first purchased the product.


twenty21 is committed to the privacy of its online customer and will ensure that any details you provide are used only to process your order. Your personal details will not be disclosed or shared with any third parties unless required by a court of law.
